4. HEALTH

We, as Siyakhana team keep it very confidential when it comes to the HIV/AID status of each and every one. We make sure that everyone is safe every time as we all know that HIV is a virus that enters your body and weakness the body immune system and by then it grows to a disease which is AIDS that will kill your body immune system and organs so that the body will not function properly.

We do not tolerate any circumstances where there will be discrimination towards our health status of every employee. We intend to give support and show love to those who accidentally got it, we give hope to a second chance long life living so that they will be comfortable when they are amongst us hoping that they will accept and continue with their lives

We help people by doing awareness campaigns where we encourage each and every one to get tested so that they will know their statuses and be able to take treatment if they got infected, we also advice our staff members too to always get tested and protect yourself and do so to the others, we also encourage to wear protective material that we have when any of us got injured or any of us is helping injured person.

5.NPO ONLINE REPUTATION MANAGEMENT STRATEGY

NPO website – the website is kept updated every time for whom ever who wish to know about us may be able to reach us anytime

Active on our social media accounts – we make sure that we post and respond quickly on our accounts and we allow two-way-communication

Remove negative comments – we always remove what is negative about the NPO, be it on social media accounts or websites but we make sure that we check our accounts every time so that we prevent false statements or messages about us.

Consider stakeholders views – our stakeholders are very important to us either internal or external, we make sure that we take their views so that we will make use of them when doing campaign or anytime we find the NPO in trouble.

Press Release - we make sure that we always update the audience with Press Release, as they help us to maintain our relationships with our stakeholders

6. It is so important to choose the channels to be used in order to be able to populate each and every step that the organization take and for the audience to be able to intervene with their opinions so that the organizations can make use of them over the organization’s long term goals. Having objectives and mission is also great decision in order to steak on them on the long journey for the organization be recognized as a successful one.

Social media marketing (channels) – the organization uses social media such as twitter, Facebook and Instagram in order to get connected with the audience and keep/build their mutual relationships for a god reputation and image.

Electronic media marketing – television and radio are so much important in order to populate every step that the campaign is taking and to populate the messages also the campaigns.

Press media marketing – newspapers, magazines, posters are a good to go because they reach where there are no signals to the electronic media

Vision – our area of operation is a child friendly society for children to play and grow.

Vision – to intergrade and re-unite all children living and working on the street and youth at risk with their families and their communities
